A little kitten born with one ear and just two legs had a rough start in life, but now she’s been rescued from the streets of Brazil and is living life to the fullest in her new forever home.
This little Calico kitty is 4-year-old Esperança, which means “hope” in Portugese.
Esperança was abandoned as a kitten and discovered by a kind lady in Brazil who took her new furry friend home.
Doctors said there was no sign of amputation marks or injuries on Esperança, so assumed she was born missing an ear and front paws.
But that doesn’t stop this adventurous kitten from doing all the things cats love to do, like playing in cardboard boxes.
She doesn’t need any help getting around, as she walks on her back paws (like a real-life Puss-in-Boots!), and is said to have no trouble hearing.
Described by her family as “an adorable 2-legged kitty who is full of joy and happiness”, we think Esperança is a furry inspiration!
