Appetizing salmon with Philadelphia cheese! Very simple, light and delicious recipe that will not take too much time to cook it.

Ingredients

  • Red fish Salted (salmon, trout, salmon) – 200 g
  • Philadelphia cheese – 100 g
  • Dill – 2 twigs.
  • Lemon – 1 pc.

Preparation

  1. For the preparation of the snacks you need small molds or coffee cups.
  2. Each cup lay with a cling film so that it hung on the edges of 2-3 cm.
  3. Cut the fish into thin strips.
  4. The strips should be long enough so that they could pave the cup and the edge of the fish should be slightly hung down.Chop dill finely and mix with Philadelphia cheese.
  5. Fill the shapes with the mix of cheese and dill.
  6. Cover the cheese curd by dangling fish edges.
  7. Slice lemon into thin slices and put on a plate.
  8. Put a cup with the fish snack turned upside down on each slice of lemon gently.
  9. Take off the bowl and plastic wrap.
