There are plenty technics of cooking steak and you can choose the best for you. Today we will talk about reverse sear method. So let’s start.

  1. Take a meat and make a salt-paper crust;
  2. Then put a steak into the oven preheated to 275 degrees;
  3. Then decrease a temperature to 125 degrees and cook for 45 minutes to an hour;
  4. Give it a little rest;
  5. Then low the temperature to 135 degrees and cook your steak for 15 minutes;
  6. Finally, put it on a hot cast iron pan just for 1 minute!
