- Take a meat and make a salt-paper crust;
- Then put a steak into the oven preheated to 275 degrees;
- Then decrease a temperature to 125 degrees and cook for 45 minutes to an hour;
- Give it a little rest;
- Then low the temperature to 135 degrees and cook your steak for 15 minutes;
- Finally, put it on a hot cast iron pan just for 1 minute!
