This dog was attacked by crazy mom-squirrel when it was trying to touch a baby-squirrel, which was found on the ground. One more second, and the baby-squirrel would have been torn apart , but the mom-squirrel jumped down from the tree and stopped the suprised dog. A long-tailed mother jumped down and literally pierced the enemy with sharp teeth and claws, giving her baby an opportunity to escape.

It is not clear whether the photos were edited, but there we can see that the dog is in pain from the bite of the squirrel. The sudden attack allowed the mother and the kid to climb back into the tree.

It is clear, that the baby fell down to the ground when his mother tried to help him to climb higher. This is where a little squirrel found the dog, which was clearly intending to kill it. Fearless mother allowed her baby to stay alive.

Upset dog was sitting near the tree, but its victim safely disappeared between the branches at the top of the tree.
