One of the best desserts can be made of banana. And how cool that such a miracle one can make at home for a few minutes and using minimum of ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g of flour
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 1 glass of sour cream
  • 3 bananas

Cooking:

  1. Make shortcrust. Separate the whites from the yolks. Take 3 egg yolks, half a cup of sugar and the melted butter. Mix it well and add the flour. The dough should be quite deadish. Put it to the refrigerator while preparing bananas.
  2. Cut the banana in round slices, lightly sprinkle them with vanilla sugar for even more interesting aroma.
  3. Flatten the dough along the pie pan diameter. Do not forget to grease the pan with butter to omit cake sticking.
  4. Put banana slices on the top of the dough, brush them with sour cream. It is important that sour cream be quite fat and non-acid. Adjust its taste, if necessary, add sugar, vanilla, coconut or powdered sugar ..
  1. Send your base pie for 20 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees.
  2. While the cake is baking, use the rest 3 egg whites and half cups of sugar to make an air cream. Whites shoud be beated up long and carefully for around 10 min to get the best result.
  3. When the pie is almost ready, remove it from the oven and pour on top beated egg whites. You can decorate it with the remaining bananas, almond flakes, candied fruit – as you like. Put the cake back to the oven for 3 minutes.

The pie is ready! It can be eaten warm or cold, and you can vary its taste- add nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips or fruit jellies.
