Streets and public spaces in cities have always been a great platform for realising design ideas. This explains why the inhabitants of Jerusalem now ave the opportunity to admire one of the most unusual ones out there: namely, giant nine-meter-tall street lamps made in the shape of flowers. They begin to ’bloom’ as soon as a person or a car approaches.
The authors of this unusual project said they created these “magic flowers” not only to decorate the city, but also to remind people that there is always a place for wonder and imagination in the world.
