There are some dishes, the preparation of which simply can not be put off by the weekend. Firstly, they can be prepared very quickly. Secondly, they are composed of simple ingredients or those which are easy to purchase in the shop. And thirdly, on weekdays, too, you may want to drink tea, so definitely need a dessert. We propose you sour cream cake recipe that is very simple. If you do not like to stand for hours near the oven and watch the biscuit – try to bake this cake because for its preparation you just need … a pan!
Ingredients:
- 200 g 25% sour cream;
- 180 g sugar;
- 380 g flour;
- 3 tbsp olive oil;
- 350 g soft unsalted cheese;
- 150 g condensed milk;
- 1 lime;
- 30 g dark chocolate;
- 1 tsp soda;
- 1 tbsp vinegar;
- 1.5 g of vanillin.
Preparation:
1. Mix the sour cream, sugar, vanilla and baking soda, quenched in vinegar.

2. Add the olive oil, millet flour and knead elastic dough. Cut into 4 pieces.

3. Roll out each piece with a thickness of approximately 0.5-0.7 mm, and with the help of a plate сut out the circle. Also make future shortcakes of the remaining scraps. You should get 6 pieces. Alternately lay out pie shells on a hot dry frying pan and pierce in several places with the help of a fork to avoid bubbles.

4. Fry pie shells very quickly. Control them not to be burnt.

5. Now prepare the cream. Thoroughly wash lime, remove its zest using a grater and squeeze the juice.

6. Mix the soft unsalted cheese, condensed milk, lime zest and juice. Properly mix. Cream will sweet enough. If you are a sweet tooth, you can add in the cream two tablespoons of powdered sugar.

7. Brush each pie shell with the cream, and you can decorate the cake as desired.

8. Decorate the cake with grated chocolate and almonds. Or with coconut. Let it soak for 2 hours in a refrigerator – and you can make tea!
