Ingredients. 6 portions:

1 kg of minced chicken
2 little onions
2 garlic cloves
salt and pepper to taste
100 g of breadcrumbs
leaves of spinach
2-3 cucumbers
6 hamburger buns

For spicy sauce:

150 g of ketchup
1 tea spoon of tabasco or any other spicy pepper sauce
2 garlic cloves
50 g of butter

For cheese sauce:

100 g of natural yogurt
100 g of mayonaise
50 g of blue cheese
salt to taste

Cook cutlets. Сut onion into small pieces. Add it to the meat, also add the grated garlic, salt and pepper. Mix.

Form from the mince round flat cutlets. Bred them in breadcrumbs.

Cut cucumber into thin slices, pill spinach.

Make the sauce by mixing ketchup with tabasco, grated garlic, melted butter.

To make the cheese sauce mix yogurt, mayonnaise and crumbled cheese. Add salt to taste.

Cutlets cook in a frying pan in a little oil at medium heat, 6-7 minutes on each side (the thicker the cutlet – the longer cooking).

Cooked cutlets coat with a spicy sauce. On half of a bun put spinach, then cutlet, then cucumbers and cheese sauce. Cover with the second half of a bun and serve.
