This is a fairly simple way, you do not have to cook anything. Mix in the right proportions grated ginger, lemon and honey.

Ingredients (for 1 jar (500ml))

  • 1 ginger root;
  • 3 lemons;
  • 1 jar of kiquid honey (200 ml).

Cooking method

  1. Finely grate ginger root.
  2. Divide lemons down the middle and slice them into thin pieces.
  3. Remove seed from the slices and cut these slices into small cubes (1 cm on a side).
  4. Chop lemon cubes in a blender and add ginger pulp.
  5. Finally, add honey and mix all ingredients.

This recipe is perfectly for using in the winter. You can add this delicious jam to tea or eat like usual jam.
