Ingredients
6 pieces of pork 3 cm thick;
3/4 cup of water;
juice of 1 lemon;
1 onion;
1 tbsp of brown sugar;
green onion;
1 tbsp of vegetable oil;
3/4 tsp of salt;
1 tsp of coriander;
3/4 tsp of black pepper;
1/2 tsp of thyme;
1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper;
mix of dried italian herbs (optional).
Cooking method
Preparation: 15 min> Cooking: 10 min + 8h to soak> Total time: 8h 25min
- Mix water, lemon juice, chopped onion, brown sugar, chopped green onions, vegetable oil, salt, cinnamon, pepper, thyme, herbs. Stir until homogeneity (you can grind in a blender).
- Chunks of pork lightly beat off, put in a bowl, pour with marinade and place in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat the grill and fry the pork pieces about 10-15 minutes.
