It is easy to cook having pork chops and skovorodu- iron grill. The meat will be tender!
INGREDIENTS

1/4 gl. of vegetable oil
4 pork chops / thin /
1/2 gl of flour
1 tsp. of salt
1/2 tsp. of black pepper
8 fresh leaves of salvia or dried 4 tsp
2 tbsp of butter
1 and half tsp of chopped garlic
1 and 1/2 gl. of milk
1 and 1/2 tsp of fresh leaves of thyme
COOKING METHOD

- Heat a cast iron skillet, add vegetable oil, warm.
- Chops roll in 1/4 gl. of flour. Then add 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp. of black pepper.
- Put chops and fry on one side up to 8 min.
- Again add 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper. Fry on another side for the same 8 mins. Put the chops on the plate, cover with foil.
- Put the salvia leaves on the skillet, fry them slightly. Add butter, garlic, and cook about 5min. Add flour to garlic, mix. Add milk, then thyme. Mix. Put chops in the sauce and garnish with crispy salvia leaves.
