Granola bars with peanut butter

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of whole almonds
  • 150 grams of cashew
  • 100 grams of fine chocolate crisps (or chips)
  • 300 grams of oats
  • 60 grams of flax seed
  • 60 grams of dried cranberries
  • 60 grams of raisins
  • 200 grams of peanut butter
  • 100 grams of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Cover the container 20×20 cm with parchment paper, leaving free the paper at the edges , so it was convenient to remove the bars. For thinner bars use a container 33*22 cm size
  2. Chop the almonds and cashews in small peaces or use blender to cut the mix into medium pieces.
  3. Put the chopped nuts into a large bowl with flaked oats, ground flax seeds, chocolate chips, dried cranberries and raisins. Mix it well.
  4. In a separate bowl suitable for the microwave, melt peanut butter. Stir in honey and sea salt. Let the mixture cool slightly. (Not to let chocolate chips melt).
  5. Pour peanut butter mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix the ingredients.
  6. Put the prepared mixture into a container, putting tight. Then cover container with a food wrap and put into refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  7. Remove the parchment from the cooled mixture. Cut at least in 12 parts.
  8. These granola bars from granola store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks. If desired, stored in an airtight container at room temperature up to 10 days.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of whole oats
  • 120 grams of raw almonds, whole or sliced
  • 120 grams of raw cashew nuts, finely chopped
  • 75 grams of raw pumpkin seeds
  • 120 grams of unsweetened coconut
  • 120 grams of dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 30 grams of sesame seeds
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup brown rice syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

Instructions:

  • Place 1 and 1/2 cups of oats in a blender. Grind to a fine crumb.
  • Place the ground and whole oats, nuts, seeds, coconut and dried fruit in a large bowl. Mix well. Cover the pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Place the honey, brown rice syrup and coconut oil into a bowl and heat in a double-boiler. Heat, stirring well, and remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla and salt. Then pour the dry ingredients with the prepared syrup.
  • Mix well so that all dry ingredients are coated with the syrup, then put the mixture on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the mixture evenly. Use another sheet of parchment to cover the mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hours and cut into squares. Put the prepared bars in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator or in a cool dark place for up to 2 weeks.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of oat flakes
  • 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 50 grams of chia seeds

 

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Cover the pan with parchment paper and press the mixture from top
  • Take a few minutes, really pressing it, it will help grab the mixture properly.
  • Put into refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Then cut into 8 or 16 square bars and store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
  • Note: bars should be stored in a cold place. If you store the bars at room temperature, cocoa butter begins to melt, and the bars crumble.

 

Granola bars (5 ingredients)

 Ingredients:

  • 150 grams of dates, pitted
  • 75 grams of honey (or maple syrup)
  • 70 grams of peanut or almond butter
  • 1 cup of roasted unsalted almonds, chopped pieces of different sizes
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of flaked oats

Extras to one’s taste: chocolate chips, dried fruit, nuts, banana chips, vanilla and so on.

Instructions:

  1. Grind the figs in a blender into puree.
  2. Place the oats, almonds and figs in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Place the honey and peanut butter in a bowl and double-boil slightly. Remove from heat.
  4. Honey-oil mixture, pour into a bowl with oats, dates and almonds. All mix well.
  5. Put the prepared mixture into a 20×20 cm container, previously covered with parchment.
  6. Press the mixture to distribute propotionally. Cover with parchment or food wrap and place in the freezer for 20 minutes to harden.
  7. Remove the chilled mixture from the container, cut into 10-12 bars. Store in an airtight container for several days.
