Kvass from celandine cleanses the body of benign tumors, papillomas, warts. The course of treatment with herbal kvass is not less than a month.

Kvass from celandine, Academician Bolotov’s serum, is just essential for those who has cholecystitis, pancreatitis, colitis, gastritis, heart disease, bronchitis. Also it treats some skin diseases and reduce myopia.

Ingredients

  1. 3 litres of water or whey;
  2. sour cream;
  3. 1 cup sugar;
  4. celandine herbs.

Preparation

1) Properly prepared, high-quality kvass should have an odor reminiscent the aroma of fresh apples. It should have a delectable flavor, with a little bitterness.

2) Prepare three liters of water (spring water, filtered or from the well) or whey.

3) Boil and cool it.

4) Dissolve in this water 1 teaspoon of sour cream with fat content not exceeding 15% and 1 cup sugar.

5) Stir until completely dissolved.

6) Pour it all in a clean three-liter jar.

7) Take half a cup of celandine herbs (fresh or dried – it does not matter, most importantly clean and free of mold).

8) Put herbs in a gauze bag and drown it in the the jar with the help of a plummet. You can use a glass ball, flint stone, stainless steel rod, etc.

9) Tie the jar with gauze in three layers.

10) Every day, stir the contents of the jar and remove mold from the surface.

11) Typically, approximately on the fifth day, a precipitate  is forming.

12) Carefully pour kvass to another jar.

13) The precipitate need to be poured out and the amount of water fill in to the previous level.

14) By the end of the second week kvass will have a little foaming. That’s right.

15) After 2 weeks kvass is ready for consumption. Take 1 liter of it. This is enough for three days.

16) The kvass can be preserved at the bottom of refrigerator.

17) After consuming of 1 liter of kvass, fill the three-liter jar with the same amount of water (or whey).

18) Three days later, kvass is ready again. Pour-off-fill the jar not more than 4 times.

19) Then kvass is prepared with new grass.

How to take

  • Begin with small doses – one tablespoon three times a day 30-40 minutes before the meal.
  • If there’s no discomfort, a single dose of kvass can be gradually increased to half of a glass. Take during two weeks.
  • And then, for the better effect take the kvass during the next month 1 time per day.
